I’ve used BeerSmith and ProMash trial programs in the past. Gave him my order number, and the first thing out of his mouth was "Oh, wow, we haven't had these tanks for months." And when I asked when he thought they might get some, he said he didn't think that were going to be carrying them anymore, and that he couldn't believe that they were still on the website. Was wondering what the difference in some of the brewing programs is. Beersmith should provide more tutoring on this particular aspect of the program, IMO. This is a bit of a PITA, but once it's tweaked, it's pretty darn accurate. Called today and someone else answered the phone. Beersmith also works well, but you've got to adjust various parameters over a number of batches until your numbers match beersmith's numbers. Each time was told that the CO2 tank still wasn't in and that he would check and get back to me later in the day, or the next day.
